Frequently Asked Questions


INVENTORY POLICY

We strive to keep in-stock inventory of the most popular amplifier and speaker models in each manufacturer's product line. In the event that we are out of stock when you place an order, we will hold the very next shipment for you and contact you with an approximate receipt date.


CREDIT CARD CHARGE POLICY

Sound Island will charge your account upon receipt of your order. On occasion, we may also verify that you are the card holder to ensure your protection and ours.

In the event you return the unit(s), we shall issue you a credit based on the store policy below.


RETURN POLICY: 7-day approval

You may return any new item other than those noted below to Sound Island LLC within a 15-day period for full refund minus any shipping and insurance costs. Returns after 15 days will receive store credit for the purchase price.

If we shipped the item to you, the approval period begins when the package arrives. 

Please take care in upacking the item and keep all packaging material until you make your determination. If you elect to return the instrument, you'll need to send it back in the same condition as we shipped it to you inclusive of all accessories and paperwork. Should there be obvious signs of use that reduce the value of a returned unit, you'll be liable for additional charges. Also, we insured the package for full value and you'll need to do the same.  

When we receive your return, we'll inspect it and if all is well, we shall promptly credit your card or issue a full refund check.


ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED

Installed products such as strings or pick-ups.


SHIPPING DAMAGE

Carefully inspect the carton and instrument when you first receive it the package. If you encounter damage, contact us immediately and we'll file a claim with the shipper. We'll do the same for you if you return a unit to us.
