The solid state version of the Evans AH200 head delivers its sonic goods with a punchy clean tone that brings out the detail of each note through the thickest of band mixes and places it on your audience's lap. No hiding!

As with other Evans products, the EQ section of the AH200 consists of the "usual unusual" 4-band Evans EQ that features Treble, Bass plus Body and Depth controls that allow you to dial in exactly the amount of midrange to complement your particular guitar. Additionally, Evans unique "Buff" control tweaks the upper harmonic range to your liking and flipping the "Expand" switch kicks in more jangle...if you want it (or your strings need replacing!).

In this unique way, the Evans EQ section provides for complete control over every aspect of clean tone. If you play at higher volumes, need reliability, and clean tone is paramount, then the AH200 solid state is a logical investment in your music.
