The Clarus+ is the latest version of the little amp head that revolutionized acoustic instrument amplification. Now rated at 450 watts @ 8-ohms and 800 watts @ 4-ohms with expanded digital effects. Still weighs about 5 Lbs. (2.3 kilos)

Acoustic Image has pumped up the power on the Clarus+ making it a truly outstanding sonic partner, capable of delivering sonic goods in the most demanding application. Beyond SPLs, this power factor makes a noticeable difference as the sound is at once clearer and more transparent than with previous models.

The Acoustic Image Clarus+ offers two full-featured independent channels with state-of-the-art combination inputs to accept either 1/4" or XLR inputs. At the touch of a button, the XLR function generates 38v phantom power to accomodate the needs of many condensor or electret type microphones and pickup systems.

Each channel has it's own filter system for controlling feedback (notch) or rolling off the lower frequencies (high-pass). Additionally, the Clarus includes a range of quality on-board effects. These can be assigned to either channel individually or combined.

A padded shoulder bag and speakon-to-1/4" adaptor is included with your purchase from Sound Island.
