The Raezer's Edge JG-10 model was conceived by Milwaukee, WI area guitarist Jack Grassel to easily "tune" a speaker's sound for a guitar, type of ensemble or room.
Set in the horizontal position, the JG-10 speaks in that full yet slightly dark sound sought by many Jazz guitarists. Played in this manner the JG reproduces the guitar's tones with a nicely detailed and exceptionally well balanced traditional "Jazz" voice.
When placed in the vertical postion, the JG-10 morphs into a brighter sounding cabinet that brings out a more acoustic color to the guitar, with greater room projection and faster attack. This positioning also allows for more natural reverb settings at the amp which translates into increased note and chord definition.
Optimized for solo and small ensembles, the JG-10 cabinet is positioned horizontally with the offset sound ports on the sides. Optimized for band and stage performances, the JG-10 is positioned vertically.
"...these new cabinets immediately replaced the cabinets I had been happy with for 30 years; they are that good!..." - Jack Grassel
